The halls of MMO are full again… and our hearts are too.

The sweet faces are back, the classrooms are busy, the halls are LOUD, and the excitement is everywhere! There have already been so many smiles, some tears, new friendships, big imaginations, and so many sweet little moments that we just couldn’t wait more than two days to share a few.

But our favorite part is knowing that in the middle of all the playing, learning, laughing, and noise, Jesus is here too. What a privilege it is to love these little ones, pray over them, and remind them just how wonderfully God made them. It’s only day two, and we can already tell this is going to be a special year.

MMO is BACK — and oh, how we’ve missed this beautiful noise!

Our staff is BACK in the building! 🎉💙

We’re kicking off a new school year with full hearts, open minds, and a desire to keep learning how we can better serve our children and families. 🥰

We started our day with worship, laughter, and some fun games with Mr. Corby! 🙌🎶😂

We are so excited for all that this year holds and can’t wait to welcome our families back! Here’s to a year of growing, learning, serving, and loving our little ones BIG! 💕✨

✨ We’re getting ready for YOU! ✨

The toys have been labeled, the baby dolls have been deep cleaned, the classrooms are being rearranged, and everything is starting to come together for a brand-new school year!

On Monday, August 24, our entire staff returns to gear up for a wonderful year! We’ll spend the week training, preparing classrooms, cleaning and getting everything just right for our little friends.

🌟 OPEN HOUSE — Thursday, August 27 at 6:00 PM
We cannot wait to welcome you, meet your children, show off their classrooms, and kick off another wonderful year together!

—-Open House is also the perfect time to take care of your $50 supply fee! Please plan to bring your supply fee in cash that evening.

🍎 FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL — Monday, August 31!!!!

And if you’ve been thinking about joining us, we still have a few spots available!

✨ A few Pre-K spots are available for children who turned 4 before August 31.
✨ We also have a few spots available for children who turn 4 between March 2027 and September 2027.

Before the first day, please take a few minutes to make sure you have:

• Signed the Parent Handbook
• Completed the Photo Release
• Gone into your child’s Brightwheel profile and completed all requested information
• Added all Approved Pick-Ups
• Visited the notes section in Brightwheel and told us a little about your child — their likes, dislikes, personality, interests, and anything else that will help us get to know them!

The rooms are almost ready, the teachers are excited, and soon our hallways will be filled with little voices, busy hands, big smiles, and lots of learning and play.

We can’t wait to see everyone! Let the countdown to August 31 begin! 🥳🥳🥳

As we begin setting up our classrooms and going through toys to prepare for the start of the school year, there are a few items we would love to refresh. If your family is cleaning out or has outgrown any of these items, please reach out to us! We would love to give them a new home at MMO.

👕👟 Preschool Fashion 101! 👟👕

We LOVE a cute outfit as much as anyone, but remember… it’s PLAYschool! 🥰🎨🖌️

A few tips to help your little one have the BEST day:

👟 Crocs are our best friends! Most little ones can put them on all by themselves. 🙌
👟 Velcro is awesome! Shoes they can manage independently are a BIG win.
👟 Shoes that tie? They’re not exactly our greatest friend. 😂 We spend a lot of time tying shoes when we’d rather be playing with friends!
👕 Lots of buttons? Adorable… but they can keep us on the changing table longer than we’d like! 😉
👚 Comfy clothes that are easy to move in are perfect for our busy little bodies.

And most importantly… PLEASE send them in clothes they can get messy in! 🖍️🎨🍕🫧

We’re going to paint, play, create, explore, make memories, and probably get a little messy along the way. That’s what preschool is all about! ❤️

So save the fancy outfit for another day and send your little one ready to PLAY, LEARN, and HAVE FUN! 🥰

🎉 NO SUPPLY LISTS THIS YEAR! 🎉

This year, each student will pay a $50 supply fee instead of purchasing items from an individualized classroom supply list.

This allows our MMO staff to purchase exactly what is needed for each classroom.

💲 SUPPLY FEE: $50

Payment is due by September 1.

✨ No supply lists. No school supply shopping. We’ll take care of the rest!
