💙 Crest FFA Slime Meeting 💛

Join us for our upcoming FFA meeting on Tuesday, August 25th, from 3:00-4:30 PM in Harris’s room!

This meeting will be filled with fellowship, fun, and food as we enjoy a slime activity together. Students are encouraged to bring an extra change of clothes in case things get messy!

Ice cream will be provided, and students may stay after the meeting to enjoy hamburgers.

Be sure to sign up on Harris’s or Greene’s door if you plan to attend.

💙 Crest FFA at SLC 💛

Our 2026-2027 Crest FFA Officer Team had an amazing time at the State Leadership Conference! 💙💛

Throughout the conference, our officers had the opportunity to grow as leaders, learn more about their individual roles, connect with FFA members across the state, and gain new ideas to bring back to our chapter. SLC was filled with leadership sessions, team-building activities, new friendships, and plenty of memories that our officers will carry with them throughout the year!

We are excited to take everything we learned at SLC and use it to make this upcoming year the best one yet for Crest FFA. We are so proud of this officer team and can’t wait to see the impact they make on our chapter and its members!

A big thank you to everyone who helped make this experience possible! We are ready for an incredible year! 💙💛

💙 Officer Spotlight: Savannah Carpenter 💛

Hello everyone! My name is Savannah Carpenter, and I am honored to serve as your 2026–2027 Crest FFA President!

One of my favorite parts of FFA is competing in a variety of Career and Leadership Development Events and attending conferences where I can grow as a leader and meet new people.

Outside of FFA, I enjoy spending time on my family’s farm, showing cattle, attending church at Double Springs Baptist Church, and making memories with my friends and family.

I am so excited for everything this year has in store, and I can’t wait to serve alongside each of you. Here’s to an amazing year in Crest FFA!

💙 Officer Spotlight: Tucker Forrest 💛

Hello! My name is Tucker Forrest, and I’m your 2026–2027 Crest FFA Vice President. Outside of FFA, I enjoy working at ASR Grain and Foster Farms, while also managing a lawn care business and a greenhouse business where I grow and sell mums. I attend Poplar Springs Baptist Church and have a passion for agronomy. After high school, I plan to attend NC State University to pursue a degree in Plant and Soil Science with a concentration in Agronomy. I’m excited to serve alongside our officer team and help make this a great year for Crest FFA!

💙 Officer Spotlight: Paisley Hamrick 💛

Hey y’all! I’m Paisley Hamrick, and I’m so excited to be your Chapter Secretary this year! Since joining FFA in 6th grade, it’s been one adventure after another. From Poultry Judging and Vet Science to Gator Wars and everything in between, FFA has helped shape who I am today. After high school, I plan to stay rooted in agriculture, and I can’t wait to see where that path takes me. I’m excited to see familiar faces, meet new ones, and make this year one for the books. Let’s make it a good one!

💙 Officer Spotlight: Luke Hinton 💛

Hey y’all! My name is Luke Hinton, and I’m your 2026–2027 Crest FFA Treasurer. Outside of FFA, I’m passionate about music, especially playing the piano and guitar, singing, and arranging and leading Tonal Spectrum, Crest’s acappella group! I’m also very involved in my church and love participating in mission trips, church choir, and my youth group. I have a dog and three chickens, am very interested in veterinary bioscience, and I’m so excited to serve y’all this year!

💙 Officer Spotlight: Macey Cook 💛

Hey y’all! My name is Macey Cook, and I’m honored to serve as your 2026–2027 Crest FFA Reporter. This year I will be an upcoming junior. I have been a part of Crest FFA for 6 years now and have had the opportunity to serve in multiple leadership roles throughout my time in FFA. I enjoy all things FFA related, from competitions and conferences to meeting new people and making memories with our chapter.

Outside of school, I am very active in my church at Boiling Springs Baptist and enjoy spending time outdoors, with my family and friends. I also run cross country and spend a lot of my time caring for my chickens and helping with my family’s goat and cow farm. My passion for animals and agriculture has inspired my goal of becoming a veterinarian one day.

As Reporter, my role is to share the story of our chapter and highlight the accomplishments, events, and memories we create throughout the year. Through photos, social media, and other forms of communication, I hope to showcase everything Crest FFA has to offer and help our members feel proud of what we accomplish together.

I’m excited to capture the moments that make this year special and help share the legacy of Crest FFA. Let’s make this a year worth remembering!

💙 Officer Spotlight: Elli Bowling 💛

Hello everyone! My name is Elli Bowling, and I am so honored and excited to serve as our chapter’s 2026–2027 Sentinel! I absolutely love being involved and making the most of every opportunity FFA has to offer. Outside of FFA, I play tennis, love spending time outdoors, and enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My faith is a huge part of who I am, and I strive to live out my Christian values every day. I’m looking forward to helping make this year fun, welcoming, and memorable for everyone.

My name is Charlotte Towell and I am now the Chaplain for the Crest FFA program and an incoming junior. I go to Eastside Baptist on Wednesday nights and Elizabeth Baptist on Sundays. I love going on the boat, and I want to be a large-animal vet when I am older.
