First grade students enjoyed touring the Eugenia H. Young Memorial library in Shelby this week. We were able to tour the entire library and listen to a story with Mrs. Teresa in the children’s room. In Wit & Wisdom, we have been learning about how children all around the world get books and how books changes lives. BSE first graders know how important reading is, and they love books! We are thankful for our own school library and our town libraries.
