Please join us in wishing Senpai Zieziula a very Happy Birthday! Beyond being an excellent martial artist and instructor, Senpai Zieziula has become a tremendous leader and role model for our student body.

His dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to support and challenge our students make a real difference on the mat. We’re grateful for everything he brings to our dojo and proud to have him as part of the DMA leadership team.

🥋 MESSAGE OF THE WEEK: ATTITUDE DETERMINES ALTITUDE 🥋
In martial arts (and in life) our attitude often determines how far we are able to go.

We will all face challenges, setbacks, frustrating days, and moments when progress feels slow. We may not always be able to control what happens to us, but we can control how we respond.

A positive attitude doesn’t mean everything will always be easy. It means choosing to stay focused, keep learning, and continue moving forward even when things get difficult. The students who grow the most are often the ones who approach challenges with determination rather than frustration.

Every class is an opportunity to improve - not just our techniques, but also our mindset. Stay positive. Stay focused. Keep pushing forward.

Remember: Your attitude determines your altitude. 🥋⬆️
