Shining Star Pre-school

Early Childhood Education/Preschool We are a preschool for children 2.5-5 years old. Our tuition preschool program is available year-round. Class times vary.

During the summer we offer Summer Camp for children 6-12 years old. FREE Preschool through the PreK for ALL/Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is offered during the school year; Sept-June. This program is for children that are 4 years old before Sept 1 (or Dec 1 with permission.) Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7:30AM to 5:30PM. (Somedays we may open later or close earlier based on stud

ent enrollment.) We offer; *Tuition Preschool and FREE PreK/GSRP classes using the Creative Curriculum
*Full and Part Time Attendance in the Tuition Preschool Program.
*Before Care and After Care
*Summer Programs for children 2.5 - 12 years old
*Meals to the students in attendance at meal times (breakfast, lunch, and PM snack.)

ENROLLMENT OPEN HOUSE

We have appx 8 spots available for the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP). This is a free preschool for children who are 4 years old by December 1st.

I have two GSRP classrooms.
In one the children attend Monday - Friday from 8 am to 2:50 pm. First day is August 31.

The other classroom attends Monday - Thursday from 9 am to 3:50 pm. First day is September 14.

We offer before and after care for a fee. The building is open from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (with parents confirmed schedule)

We are holding an enrollment open house on Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 10am-1pm.

If you have completed your enrollment package please return it by then.

GSRP/PreK for All is a FREE preschool program for children that are 4 years old before December 1. We currently have openings in our classic 4 day program. Students attend Monday through Thursday from 9AM to 3:50PM. We offer before/after care, and Fridays in our tuition classroom.*

There are openings in our tuition Preschool Program. This program is available Monday through Friday 8AM to 4PM. Our school is licensed for students 2.5 (30 months) through 5 years old.

Seeking a qualified Lead Teacher for our GSRP/PreK for All classroom for the 2026-27 School Year.
The Lead Teacher must have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or an Associate's Degree and currently enrolled in classes toward a Bachelor's Degree.)

This position is full-time Monday through Friday with flexible Friday hours. Students attend Monday through Thursday.
Hours are 8:15AM to 4:45PM with a 30-minute unpaid break.
We offer benefits to full-time staff after 90 days of employment. Benefits include health insurance, and 401(k)

Enroll now for Summer 2026! We are accepting applications.
Our center is licensed for children 2.5 years through 5 years old, and 6 years to 12 years old. We are open Monday through Friday. Full days are 8AM-4PM. Half days are 8AM-12PM.
Before and After Care is available for an additional fee.
Before Care is 7:30-8AM. After Care is 4-5:30PM.
We provide breakfast, lunch, and a PM Snack to all children that are present at meal times.

Summer Registration fee of $30 is due at time of registration.
Children must be registered prior to attending.
