💙Welcome Back Monfort families!💙
The Monfort Elementary PTO is thrilled to welcome our teachers, students, and families to the 2026–2027 school year. We are excited about all that is ahead and look forward to another wonderful year together.
Your 2026–2027 PTO Executive Board includes Rozanne Giambanco, President; Amber Miles, Vice President; Carly Hammell, Treasurer; and Mri Cacaj, Secretary.
The Monfort PTO is dedicated to enriching every student’s educational experience. Through fundraising and volunteer support, we provide resources, programs, and opportunities that enhance learning, support our teachers, and bring our school community together. Your contributions help fund classroom supplies, additional curriculum materials, enrichment assemblies, field trips, special events, student programs, and so much more throughout the year.
Stay Connected with the PTO
We invite all Monfort families to register their children on our PTO website at https://monfortvolunteers.membershiptoolkit.com/home. The website is a valuable resource for up-to-date information about fundraisers and events, the PTO newsletter, school calendar, financial information and budget, meeting minutes, volunteer opportunities, teacher directory, and online payment options.
After registering, be sure to download the Membership Toolkit app for convenient access to this information.
If you registered on our website last year, please take a moment to update your child’s grade and teacher. Simply log in and select My Account → Family Information to make your updates.
You can also stay connected by subscribing to our weekly newsletter and following us on Facebook at Monfort Volunteers PTO for the latest information about fundraisers, events, volunteer opportunities, and more.
If you no longer attend Monfort scroll down to the end of our newsletter email and click on the link to unsubscribe from our newsletter.
Volunteers Needed!
Throughout the school year, we will need volunteers to assist with a variety of projects, events, and fundraisers. Whether you can volunteer once or help throughout the year, your support makes a meaningful difference and is always greatly appreciated. Volunteer opportunities will be posted on our PTO website each month.
Please remember that all volunteers must have a current background check on file with the district. You can complete the background check form here: https://apps.raptortech.com/Apply/OTQ4Mjplbi1VUw==
Join Us for Our First PTO Meeting
We would love to see you at our first PTO meeting on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Media Center.
During the meeting, we will review and vote on the 2026–2027 financial budget, discuss upcoming fundraisers and events, review volunteer opportunities, and share other important information about the year ahead. We hope you can join us!
Family Donation Program
Look out for more information coming home next week about our Family Donation Program. The PTO invites families to consider making a $10 donation per child, 100% of your donation directly benefits Monfort Elementary, and your donation is tax-deductible. We also welcome donations from local business. If you own a business or know one interested in contributing, we would be grateful for their partnership.
Every contribution makes a difference. Whether you are able to give $10, more, or less, every amount helps support our students and school. If every student contributed $10, it would make a significant impact toward reaching our fundraising goal.
You can make your donation online through the Family Donation Online Payment page at https://monfortvolunteers.membershiptoolkit.com/open_forms
You may also send cash or a check payable to Monfort Volunteers. Please mark the payment envelope “PTO Family Donation.”
Thank you for supporting our school community!
Coming Soon
Please stay tuned for more information about our upcoming fundraisers, including Bagel Day, Popcorn Day, and our Spirit Wear Sale. We have many exciting things planned for the school year!
We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with such an amazing school community and look forward to another successful year. Together, we can continue making Monfort Elementary a welcoming and inspiring place for our students to learn and grow.
Thank you for your continued support of our students, teachers, and school!
Sincerely,
Monfort PTO Executive Board
