We are looking for an assistant infant teacher to come work with our youngest group of children under the age of 7 months.

We are a 4 star program working on or 5th star. Open 7:45am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.

We offer three weeks of paid vacation, paid sick days, accommodating schedules, and Free childcare for our staff. Staff work an 8.5 hour shift with a half hour lunch break. We also offer paid snow days.

Ideally someone with a minimum of 1 year experience and either college education or fundamentals course through ccv. However we are willing to train the right person and help them to further their education.

Stonewood School North is now hiring preschool and prekindergarten teachers and assistants to work in our licensed center located between the towns of Shelburne and South Burlington. Our school currently holds a 4 Star rating, is a prequalified preschool program under Act 166, and is a specialized care provider. We will be working towards a 5 Star rating this year!

Our center currently has seven classrooms, and over 60 children enrolled. This position is for a preschool or prekindergarten teacher or assistant in our oldest age classrooms. Children's ages range from 2.5 to 3.5 years in preschool and 3.5-4.5 years in prekindergarten.

Our center currently has seven classrooms, and over 60 children enrolled. This position is for a preschool or prekindergarten assistant in our oldest age classrooms. Children's ages range from 2.5 to 3.5 years in preschool and 3.5-4.5 years in prekindergarten. There are additional teachers that are currently supporting these groups, as well as a licensed early education/special education teacher working with both groups and specific children with special needs. We are seeking patient, compassionate, and experienced professionals to support these groups.

Stonewood School North is now seeking a lead Infant/toddler teacher to work in our licensed childcare center and prekindergarten program located between the towns of Shelburne and South Burlington. Our school is a prequalified preschool program under Act 166, a trauma informed school, and a specialized care provider. We will be working towards a 5 Star rating and NAEYC accreditation in 2021!

Our center currently has six classrooms, and over 50 children enrolled. Associate degree preferred, but willing to work with the right candidate to help further qualifications. We are currently looking for teachers in one of our high-quality toddler (current 1-2 year old) classrooms. Stonewood is a "looping" program meaning we believe children learn best in a consistent, predictable environment. We do not require children to move classrooms on their birthday but instead we keep groups of children together for up to 3 years in the same classroom. While the materials and classroom setup may change, the students and teachers remain consistent. We are seeking an early educator to join one of our high-quality classrooms, and the ideal candidate would be available to remain with this group for at least a year. If you are not available for at least one year, we would consider a temporary substitute position for the right candidate. This is a full time, year round, salaried position with lots of paid time off for vacation, sick/mental health days, training, professional development, and holidays. All of our classrooms and teaching teams are passionate about social-emotional development, and utilize a curriculum that supports pro-social skills and self-regulation.

Big shout out to our teacher! Happy teacher appreciation week! You are all an amazing group of teachers! You hard work and dedication to the children shows each day!

I also would like to thank all the parents for sending in small gifts and for thankin our teachers for their hard work and for caring for all of the children! We are so proud of our teaching team and can’t wait to see what this next year has in store for us!
