Bringing the Mountain to NYC!🌆

Against the backdrop of a beautiful evening in New York City, classmates and friends gathered for the Alumni Happy Hour on June 4. Held at Rosehill Rooftop, the event gave alumni the opportunity to reconnect, enjoy sweeping views of the city skyline, and reminisce about their time under the Mountain.

Peter Kinne shared the below photo of alumni and former faculty gathered at a celebration of life for Les Clifford, who taught math and coached basketball and baseball at Berkshire from 1978 to 1992. Mr. Clifford continues to be remembered at Prize Night each year when the School awards the Leslie W. Clifford Prize for Excellence in Third-Form Mathematics.

Congratulations to our faculty members who were recently honored for their outstanding dedication, contribution, and impact this past school year. These remarkable educators define the heart of the Berkshire experience, inspiring our Bears both inside and outside the classroom. 💚🐻

We are also thrilled to announce the establishment of two new Endowed Faculty Chairs—The Arthur C. Chase Endowed Chair in English and The Allyn Endowed Chair in Science. These honors reflect Berkshire's enduring commitment to investing in the teachers who shape our students' lives every day.
