Our Kindergarten Proud Principal recipients all picked to play a board game for their reward! We had so much fun this morning! Congratulations to Carter for winning Sorry, Michael for winning Chutes & Ladders, and to all four for their sportsmanship and Card Kind behaviors today and this week! 🤩😍❤️

We made our first positive phone call today! 📞

It’s always SO special when our little cardinals get to call their grown ups from Mrs. Szczepanki’s office and brag about how hard they’re working to be Card Kind at school! 🤩👊🏻❤️

Today, our students participated in special bus behavior and safety assemblies with Mrs. Szczepanski where they learned what it means to be safe, respectful, and responsible on the bus. We enjoyed a silly story, talked about what expected bus behavior looks and sounds like, and then put our learning into practice with some fun bus role-playing!

These little cardinals are ready to do their part to stay safe so our bus drivers can do theirs! ❤️🚌

Only 1️⃣ more sleep, little cardinals!! 🤩

Even principals get the jitters for the first day of school, but Mrs. Szczepanski knows a Sunday well spent, brings a week of content! Here’s what she did today to help prepare for the BEST first day ever! Did you??

✔️ pack your lunch 🍎
✔️ lay out your clothes 👕
✔️ take a bath or shower 🫧
✔️ brush those pearly whites so your smile shines extra bright tomorrow! 😃
✔️ enjoy a bedtime story and snuggles 📖
✔️ plan to go to bed a little early for a great night’s sleep 💤

We can’t WAIT to see you all this week!! 😍

What a wonderful Open House with our families! The bubbles and fun music at the door may have helped ease our little cardinals in, but it was meeting their amazing teachers and friends that had them leaving with the BIGGEST smiles and so excited to come back! 😍❤️

As a reminder, all preschoolers start Monday and Kindergarteners follow their Stagger Start schedule Monday and Tuesday. ✏️🚌

We can’t wait to see our little cardinals and families at Open House tomorrow evening! 😍
