The goal for 2022 is to develop more videos and in person seminars. Level 1. I want to show people there are non violent techniques that can be used by everyone to attempt to dissolve physical contact before it escalates. Easy to remember and efficient. Multiple levels for multiple situations available.

It has been a while! But with the changes the world has gone through the last few years! It is time to resurface. I have an amazing life. I love to give back when I can. So let's do this! NO EXCUSE FOR ABUSE!!

We helped several great charities during my time as a licensed MMA Promoter. No more MMA for me but the "Fight For A Cause" spirit is part of American Anti-Bully.

I really do love teaching, but it is great to be a student also. I'm filling in some gaps in my training at Neutral Ground Sheboygan working on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with a great bunch of instructors. I still teach Traditional Karate one day a month at their location also.

Thursday night special class for my friends at Kohler Stables was fun and rewarding. It is great when grown ups laugh and have fun while learning something new that will help them if ever needed.

What I consider Bullying: Using mental or physical intimidation to dominate and or control someone else. Bullying is not just a children's issue. School bullying, date violence, domestic abuse, harassment, and abductions can all be under the same definition.

Had a great time teaching class in Las Vegas for the 2020 National Charity league young ladies. Keep practicing and keep safe.
