In addition to movement classes, we have Dance Medicine in Practice: Injury Prevention and Ensuring Career Longevity led by Dr. Kimberly Schumacher, PT, DPT. We, as artistic athletes, must be sure to take care of our bodies so that we can continue to share what we love most…the joy of dance. If you’ll be at the 60th Anniversary Conference at MYArts on October 10th, be sure to make your way to this Professional Development session! Sign up for the conference today…this will be a good one!
