This is the reason I LOVE teaching childbirth education….. because this scared 17 year old had NO IDEA what to expect. I had a great Dr. he wasn’t pushy, and the birth of my first born was not traumatic….. BUT…… I wish I would have known…. The cons to elective induction, how to move during labor so I wasn’t scared with every contraction, who to have in the room, and who to not… the benefits of the Golden Hour, how to take care of myself and my baby in the first few months after….. I have been looking for a childbirth education class that was not only Holy Spirit inspired….. but also…. Helped you make decisions not based in fear but true informed consent. I tried piecing some together and couldn’t….. so….. I put one together myself! I can’t wait to share it with my doula and coaching clients! We cover it all in 6 weeks! ITS HERE!!!!! After MONTHS of planning I am so excited to announce my virtual doula packages are NOW LIVE!!! Back in 2018 as a massage therapist, God called me to become a prenatal massage therapist. I took the class and one of my first clients on the table said “Oh my goodness I wish I could have you come do this at my birth!” As they say…… the rest is history! My doula journey began and now 8 years, over 200 births and many cups of coffee (iykyk) later God has opened the door for me to expand and help more women!!! We have come so far from Gods design for birth. I’m here to stand in the gap for the women who KNOW that they can trust their bodies to conceive, carry, birth and nourish their babies… because Gods design never fails…. They just need the love and support of someone who will point them back to Jesus, give them true informed consent, and come alongside them in this beautiful journey. I cannot wait to see God move. There is NOTHING like watching a mama partner with Holy Spirit, conquer fear, rely on her husband, and birth her baby the way God designed her to do. Give me all babies to hold any day….. but put me in a room to witness a woman giving birth?!?!? Teaching classes and revealing the LIES that our has fed us about our bodies and birth!?!?!? Praying over a family!?!?!? THATS my favorite. I’m so honored and humbled to be able to call this my “job” want to know how we can work together? (Even if you dont live near me!) Message me! Idk what the Lord is doing….. but it seems the door to taking a few doulas clients is open for me again:) unexpectedly, but I’m grateful:)

That’s it folks.
The end of an era/chapter…..
I’ve cried so much…… but I know that God has so much for me and my family in this next chapter……

Sheboygan Wellness studio has been my heart and passion for the last 10 years. I have met amazing clients, made amazing friends and being a massage therapist has been such a huge blessing to me.

The name of this page will be changing soon:) as I step more into birthwork and after I become a midwife this will be the page for all the things birth for Sheboygan county and I’m so excited!

It NOT goodbye:)

This is a heartbreaking post to make.

After 10 amazing years….. I’m closing my doors.
My pursuit of midwifery is about to get REAL and busy…. And as a homeschooling mama I have to be realistic about my ability to be all the things to all people.

Massage therapy was a dream job. And I’m so extremely grateful for every single person that has trusted me enough to get on my table! Thank you, so much to my amazing clients that have been with me through these amazing years!

My last day will officially be 2/22/26.
If you still have gift certificates or prepaid services to use up please book ASAP my availability is very limited! All my availability is online and current so please check there first! Reach out if there’s absolutely nothing that works out with your schedule.

Thank you again. My heart is so full from all the support I’ve already received with this incredibly difficult decision.
