Ever wanted to try backpacking but don't know where to start?

Join us for our Beginner Backpacking Overnight at Clinton Lake! We'll spend 2 days and 1 night learning the basics of backpacking on a beginner-friendly 4.2-mile loop.

You'll learn:
• Packing your backpack
• Setting up camp
• Water filtration
• Backcountry cooking
• Using a backpacking stove
• Leave No Trace principles

Wander Woman group gear is provided, and gear may be available to borrow if you don't have everything yet.

South Dakota hits different when you explore it on four wheels.

From cruising the Black Hills in UTVs to taking in the incredible scenery, exploring the rugged trails, and making memories along the way, this trip was one for the books.

And guess what? We’re heading back in 2027!

Our Black Hills UTV & National Parks Adventure is open for registration, but spots are limited. If you’ve been waiting for an excuse to try something different, explore somewhere new, and get out of your comfort zone, this is it.

Our Wander Woman Kansas crew visited Belger Arts to try our hand at making glass flowers. We learned about glassblowing, safety, and the equipment before choosing our own colors and assisting with shaping hot, molten glass into our own unique flowers.

Each participant got to take home a one-of-a-kind piece of art for their home. It was a fun opportunity to try something new, learn a hands-on skill, and see just how much goes into creating art from glass.

Day two took us into the heart of northern Arizona, where we experienced two incredible places: Horseshoe Bend and Lower Antelope Canyon.🌄

Carved over millions of years by wind and water, Antelope Canyon is a breathtaking slot canyon on Navajo Nation land. The canyon’s flowing sandstone walls and shifting light create the incredible shapes, colors, and shadows it’s known for today. We were fortunate to experience Lower Antelope Canyon with an amazing Navajo guide, who shared the history and stories of this special place along the way.

From standing above the Colorado River at Horseshoe Bend to walking between the towering walls of Antelope Canyon, this was one of those days that reminds us why we travel: to see places we’ve never seen, learn something along the way, and experience it all together.

Because the best part of seeing incredible places is having a group of women beside you who are just as ready to explore, try something new, and make the memories together. These are the moments, the conversations, the laughs, and the adventures we’ll remember long after we’ve left Arizona.

Another day. Another adventure. Another memory made together.☀️

Hello Autumn 🍂

The seasons change, and so do the adventures.

Autumn brings cooler days, changing colors, and a whole new reason to get outside. There are new places to explore, new things to try, and plenty of memories still waiting to be made.

Here’s to a new season of getting outside, trying something different, and surrounding ourselves with good women along the way.

Happy first day of autumn from Wander Woman Kansas.
