Protect yourself online by staying informed and prepared.

Simple steps like strengthening your privacy settings, documenting abusive behavior, using unique passwords, and reaching out to trusted people can help reduce the risk of online abuse.

If you or someone you know is experiencing online abuse, remember, you don't have to face it alone. Help is available.

Technology should connect us! Not be used to intimidate or control others.

Knowing the warning signs is the first step toward protecting yourself and those you care about. Together, we can create safer online spaces.

Self-care looks different for everyone, and even small steps can make a big difference. Whether it's taking a walk, practicing deep breathing, listening to your favorite song, or getting some extra rest, give yourself permission to slow down and recharge.
