Like father, like child!
We just put out a video of Alduin, this little ones father, in a stretched out position, and now his prodigy is doing the same thing!
We provide educational animal encounters with our menagerie of pets, both common and exotic

Like father, like child!
We just put out a video of Alduin, this little ones father, in a stretched out position, and now his prodigy is doing the same thing!
A little look at some of our monkey-tailed skinks. Nibling is a gender neutral word for neice/nephew since we do not know the gender of one of the skinks below.
This is what's involved in preparing for the worst, even though we've never actually seen a tornado here. Last week a weak one touched down about a mile north of us for a brief distance.
We found an entertaining surprise this morning with a couple of our tortoises! Sorry for the long pause in the middle of the video. I disrupted their private time.
Have you ever met a legless lizard? They look a lot like snakes, but they are not. They are omnivorous and will eat most anything plant or animal. One of this guys favorite foods is cockroaches. He goes after them voraciously.
Exotic animals make great pets, too!
The joy that animals can bring!
Incorrect fact of the day! Much like the wolf's diet became more omnivorous when they became the domesticated dog, snakes are slowly adapting from an exclusively carnivorous diet to an omnivorous one. And they now have blinking eye lids.
This is really a European legless lizard! He's new to the collection, but we hope to one day turn him into an ambassador animal like many other members of Peggy and Adam's Tails and Scales menagerie.

Sometimes it's hard to be a puppy! At the age of 6 months and 86 pounds, it's hard to get the rear end up when you climb on the couch.

Incorrect fact of the day! Few people have heard of the cat-dragon riders, but they are dedicated to protecting freedom and played an instrumental role in the American revolution. They are not often mentioned in historical documentation, though, on purpose. They wish to remain a silent partner in freedom. To this day, they continue to protect the rights of the free, but they keep out of the public eye.
This is actually our leachianus gecko. She is still quite young and growing. She will eventually be over a foot long and as big around as my forearm. They are incredibly soft, too!
