We had such a wonderful time at our Deo Gratias Potluck, graciously hosted by one of our families. We are so thankful for the sweet community the Lord has given us at HLS Shawnee.

Weekend Workshop: Homeschool 101

Yesterday, we hosted our first Weekend Workshop of the year. Events like these are one of the many benefits of being a part of an HLS Cottage School. We support our families so that their days at home run as smoothly as their days on campus. This is what it means to partner with our families as they seek to raise wise and virtuous children.

Our teachers gathered this morning for an orientation brunch. A delightful and informative time was had by all. Pray with us as we prepare to commend His works to the next generation this year at HLS Shawnee.

We are happy to announce our final open house before the school year begins on August 23rd. This is a great opportunity for those who may be considering HLS for their family, as well as any newly enrolled families who want to
acquaint themselves with our facilities.

HLS is a classical, Christian, traditional program serving homeschool families in central Oklahoma. We offer accountability and support through our part-time classroom experience.
