We had a great morning at Shawboro Elementary kicking off the 2026–2027 school year!
Our Mustang staff started the day with a delicious breakfast and some amazing door prizes generously provided by Providence Baptist Church. We are so thankful for their continued support and for helping us feel so appreciated as we begin a new school year!
After breakfast, our staff jumped into meaningful work during our opening meeting, with a few sweet treats along the way.
Here’s to an amazing 2026–2027 school year! Let's Go Mustangs!

What a great day to be a Mustang! 🐴

Our Kindergarten Kickoff was a huge success! It was so exciting to welcome our newest Mustangs and their families to Shawboro Elementary. From meeting new friends and teachers to getting a first look at what being a Mustang is all about, we loved seeing so many smiling faces!

Thank you to all of our families who joined us today and to our amazing staff for making our newest Mustangs feel right at home.

We can’t wait to see these little Mustangs back for their FIRST DAY of kindergarten! 🐴🎒
