❤️🤍 Celebrating Saint Carlo Acutis Feast Day! 🤍❤️

Today, our Sacred Heart Catholic School family joyfully celebrates the Feast Day of Saint Carlo Acutis, a remarkable young saint whose love for Jesus and the Eucharist continues to inspire people around the world. Students and staff were invited to wear red, jeans, and tennis shoes in honor of Saint Carlo.

We are especially proud that our playground is dedicated to Saint Carlo, reminding us each day to live with the same faith, joy, kindness, and love for Jesus that he demonstrated throughout his life.

Saint Carlo believed that the Eucharist was his "highway to Heaven," and he challenges each of us to grow closer to Christ through prayer, kindness, friendship, and making good choices. The best way we can honor him is by treating others with compassion, including everyone, and showing God's love in all that we do.

Saint Carlo Acutis, pray for us! 🙏

🌹❤️ All-School Rosary: Honoring Our Lady of Champion ❤️🌹

On October 9, students and staff at Sacred Heart Catholic School will join Catholic schools throughout the Diocese of Green Bay in praying an All-School Rosary at the encouragement of Bishop David Ricken.

This special day holds deep significance as we celebrate the Solemnity of Our Lady of Champion, commemorating the Blessed Mother's apparitions to Adele Brise in Wisconsin, the first and only Church-approved Marian apparition site in the United States.

As we gather in prayer, we ask Our Blessed Mother to intercede for our school, parish, families, and community. May the Rosary draw us closer to Jesus and inspire us to live out our faith with courage, love, and trust in God's plan.

🙏 Our Lady of Champion, pray for us!
📿 Mary, Mother of God, lead us ever closer to your Son.

📿❤️ Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary | October 7 ❤️📿

This morning, our Sacred Heart Catholic School students brought their rosaries to church as we celebrated the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary.

As a Catholic school, we are blessed to share in this rich tradition and to encourage our students to turn to Mary in prayer, trusting that she always leads us closer to her Son.

🌹 Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary | October 7 🌹

Today, we celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, a beautiful reminder of the power of prayer and Mary's loving guidance in leading us closer to her Son, Jesus Christ.

The Rosary invites us to reflect on the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus through the eyes of His Blessed Mother. As we pray its mysteries, we grow in faith, hope, and love while placing our intentions in Mary's caring hands.

At Sacred Heart Catholic School, we are grateful for the example of Mary and the rich tradition of the Rosary. May we continue to turn to her in prayer and trust, knowing that she always leads us to Christ.

🔬⛰️ Will a Mountain Last Forever? ⛰️🔬

Our 4th graders recently put on their scientist hats as they investigated an important Earth science question: "Will a mountain last forever?"

Through a hands-on experiment, students explored how rocks can change over time as they roll down a mountain. By observing how movement affects the rocks, they discovered how weathering and erosion gradually wear down Earth's surface.

🪨 Students made observations, collected data, and discussed how natural forces can slowly reshape mountains over many years. Learning becomes even more exciting when students can see science concepts come to life right before their eyes!

We love seeing our Cardinals engage in inquiry, ask thoughtful questions, and make real-world connections through hands-on learning experiences.

❤️ Way to go, 4th grade scientists!
