🇺🇸⭐ MONDAY IS INDEPENDENCE DAY AT CANONGATE! ⭐🇺🇸

Tomorrow, Monday, August 10th, our Cubs will officially begin showing off their independence! 🐻❤️🤍💙 Parents will no longer be able to walk students to their classrooms, so we will return to our normal morning drop-off procedures.

🚗 Please use the car rider line and follow the attached map for our normal arrival procedures.

We know this can be a big transition—especially for our littlest Cubs! 💙 We will have LOTS of extra staff members stationed both outside and throughout the building to welcome students, help them out of their cars, and make sure every child gets safely to the correct classroom. There will be plenty of friendly faces along the way to help! 🐻⭐

Thank you for helping us build confident, independent Cubs and for trusting us to take great care of them! We’re ready for a great Monday morning! 🇺🇸💜🩵

🚗 Arrival & Dismissal Procedures for the 2026–2027 School Year 💜🩵

As we get ready to welcome our Cubs back to Canongate, please take a few minutes to review our updated arrival and dismissal procedures. Following these guidelines will help us keep traffic flowing smoothly and, most importantly, ensure the safety of all of our students. 🐻

✨ First Week Reminder:
Parents are welcome to walk their child to class on Thursday (8/6) and Friday (8/7) as we kick off the new school year. Beginning Monday (8/10), all students should be dropped off using our regular arrival procedures. Thank you for helping us establish a smooth morning routine!

A few additional reminders:
• Review both the morning arrival and afternoon dismissal maps.
• Have your child ready to exit the vehicle quickly.
• Follow all traffic patterns and staff directions.
• Display your 🩵TEAL 2026–2027 car rider tag🩵 every afternoon for a faster dismissal.
• Patience and kindness go a long way during the first few weeks as everyone learns the routine!
