Insulation in attic and crawl space ✅
New furnace/ AC installed ✅
Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher Installed ✅
Fencing Material Purchased ✅
Flooring, Windows, and Doors Ordered ✅

Slowly checking items off the list. More to go, but we’re moving forward. In the next 4 weeks the fence will be installed and we hope the flooring, windows, and doors will arrive and can be installed.🤞Then licensing will only take a few weeks and we’ll be up and running.
