Woodard's Adult Day Health Center provides many Adult Day Care services in Shallotte, NC. Though we don’t offer 24 hour living accommodations, our professionals provide assistance with day-to-day activities, transportation, and medication administration. The relaxed atmosphere here promotes socialization through daily activities, games, and field trips. Our facility includes a large open area, an

activity room, an exercise room, a computer center, and a beauty salon. We also host monthly birthday parties, family and friends days, and other special events. We feature registered nurses on staff, and provide short-term respite care to meet the needs of your loved one.
