Check out what’s happening tonight!! We’re holding a mindful meditation class in the lush gardens! Come release any tension and stress. It’s a perfect way to end your day and prepare your body for a relaxing night. Yoga mat or blanket is required. Water bottles are recommended. Masks are encouraged. Limited space available. We will be social distancing outside.

Only 4 DAYS until our first in-person class located at 3445 Warrensville Center Road!! As a celebration, we are having a special Step in Line class next Friday, June 12 from 7-8pm. Weather permitting, class will be held outside in the beautiful gardens (if weather doesn't permit, class will be held inside).
