Yesterday I had the pleasure of facilitating “Respect in Action: Understanding and Responding to Sexual Harassment in the Workplace, one of customer training. Thank you to our community partners from the , and for joining me as facilitators. is building a culture of respect and responsiveness in the workplace.

It was a great day of training with the team of Directors and Managers . Special shout to Bradley Dunn, Investigative Judge from the Ohio Civil Rights Commission for joining me as a co-facilitator.

Today kicks off the first day of Black History Month. We acknowledge and celebrate the contributions and achievements of those contributing to the labor sector as part of this year’s theme.

I truly enjoyed my time with the students of Mosaic during our social justice and art session facilitated by Davidd of . The students shared powerful artistic and expressions and shared how the session was great for their mental health. Can’t wait to see them@during our January session!
