SCRIMMAGE GAME DAY

Tiger fans come out tonight and check out your 2026 SSHS Tiger Football team in their 2nd scrimmage of the year. We play at 7:00 PM tonight. Our first game is just one week away now.

We would love to see you at our home stadium tonight but if you can’t make the game will also be streamed on the D & D Network.

📣📣 Attention Tiger Fans

The 2026 version of the Shady Spring High School Football team will compete in their first scrimmage of the season.

We play at 6:00 PM vs Sissonville HS at Home. Come out and check us out. We open up the season at home in 2 short weeks.

Also, we are having a spirit night/meet the team night at El Mariachi on August 24th from 5:00-9:00 PM. Members of the team and coaching staff will be present from 5:30-6:30 PM that evening if you would like to stop by and meet us.

Tiger Football is officially back! The team started practice this week, and we're excited for the season ahead.
Today we're kicking off our annual Discount Card fundraiser. Our players are out in the community selling cards, so if one stops by, we hope you'll consider supporting the team.

The cards are $25 and include great discounts at local businesses, plus a one-time pass for free admission to a home football game, making them a great deal.

We can't thank the Shady Spring community enough for the support you continue to show our players and all of our high school programs. We truly appreciate it!

Also, while we want you to buy a card from one of our Tigers, if you can’t find one and still want to get a card, the link is posted below. We will get the card to you.

It’s time to start getting excited for Shady Tiger Football. We will have a Parent/CERP meeting Thursday, July 30, at 6:00 PM in the SSHS Cafeteria for all students and parents that were unable to attend the first meeting in May. (You do not have attend this meeting if you were at the one in May).

Shady Spring High School Football is in need of an athletic trainer for the 2026-2027 season. Athletic trainers are crucial to our football programs, as we cannot practice or play without one present. In addition to a licensed athletic trainer, you can practice as a limited athletic trainer with the following qualifications: physician, registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, nurse practitioner, chiropractor, physical therapist, occupational therapist, physician's assistant, paramedic, or emergency medical technician. The Shady Spring High School Football team is doing a summer fundraiser. We do have a couple other fundraisers planned in the fall but we could use your help on this one right now. The money we raise here and later in the fall will help feed our players, upgrade our equipment and uniforms, pay for our Hudl subscription, and hopefully upgrade certain aspects of our lockerroom. Thanks to anyone that has already or feels compelled to donated to our team. This fundraiser will close on June 26.

Big News for some Shady Spring Tiger Football Players. 🚨🚨
While attending Concord's Camp yesterday, these three Tiger players received offers to play football for Concord University.

Congratulations to Gage Spears (WR/DB), Blake Snodgrass (LB/RB), and Myles Clark (QB/DB)!! Blake Snodgrass has also been offered by West Virginia State and Glenville State to play football for their programs as well.

Tiger Football has some exciting days ahead, and we are ready to make memories for our community under those Friday night lights!!! 🏈🐅🐅🏈
