The Noah's Ark Preschool board is accepting resumes for an open position to begin in March. The open position is an Assistant Teacher in the Parent's Day Out room. This job would be Monday through Wednesday from 8:30 am - 1:30 pm, following the Seymour Community Schools schedule. The job requires someone willing to work as a part of a team to love on and take care of kids while helping develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills.

Applicants must be a high school graduate or equivalent and pass a background check. Resumes may be dropped off at the First Baptist Church office or emailed to [email protected].

We have plenty of spots on Monday and Tuesday but our Wednesday has filled up! You can be added to a waitlist for Wednesdays if a spot does open up!

A $25 non-refundable deposit and appropriate sheets from the registration packet must be returned to ensure your students spot.

Classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for Pre-K. Tuesday and Thursday for preschool class. Parents Day Out is Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

We still have a few spots available!

Noah's Ark Preschool and Parents' Day Out is still enrolling for the 2022-2023 school year. Forms can be printed from the church website (https://fbchome.org/ministries/noahs-ark-preschoolpdo). Please submit the proper pages from the enrollment packet and the registration fee of $25 to assure that your child(ren) will have a spot on the class roster. The Preschool has a 3 year old class that meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-1 and a 4 year old class that meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9-1. The Parents' Day Out program is on Monday, Tuesday, and/or Wednesday from 9-1 for children who are independently walking through age 5. If you have any questions about the programs, please call the church office.

Noah's Ark Preschool, a ministry of First Baptist Church, will be hosting an open house for the 2022-2023 school year on April 25th from 5:30-6:30 at 505 Community Dr., Seymour. The school offers a 3 year old class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-1 and a 4 year old class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9-1. Our Parents' Day Out program will not be included in the open house as registration for those classes is already at capacity. Please come out to meet the teachers, see the classroom and ask all of your questions. If you need more information or to schedule time to talk with the lead teacher please call the church office at 812-522-1909.

The Noah's Ark Preschool Board is hiring a Lead Teacher and an Assistant Teacher for the Summer Parents' Day Out program. The program will run June 6th through July 27th, the program is 9 am - 1 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The teachers work together to provide a safe place for children just walking through age 5. Anyone interested in the position should submit a resume to the church office by March 29th.
