Update: For those of you who may have been wondering why I haven't been on Facebook for the past two weeks. Well the good news is I'm still alive and kicking, but with a new 16 ounce titanium knee replacement. I began my post-op PT last week. I'm pleased with the results. My post-op PT will last another 6 weeks, as well as the recommended exercising on my own (which includes icing and elevating my knee). I want to thank Dr. Stephen Kelly and his staff at NEOS, the fantastic nursing staff at Baystate Hospital, and most importantly my loving wife Mary. For those who know, this isn't easy for her. I also want to thank her cousin Ann for assisting her. Lastly, I can't thank my neighbor Jon Smuda enough for taking care of my yard and other things.
Because I've never tied Facebook with my cellphone, my presence on Facebook will remain limited at best for a while. For those who have my email address, emails are always welcome. I will try to do my best to stay on top of my page, as well as the SHS Class of 1969 page.
Peace and Best Regards,
Steve

Best friends for over 63 years. Although we may be a much grayer now, our friendship has stayed strong. We got together with Ron (Macchio) and his wife Janice yesterday in Sturbridge for good times, good food, and an amazing friendship. Lets not wait so long for the next time! Wildcats, of 1969!

Once again congratulations are in order for our "Ironman", Tom Gardella. He just competed in the Run For The Shamrock, a 4 Mile road race, and he finished 2nd for his age group. Way to go Tom.

Attached is an interesting link to the Seymour High School Class of 1941's yearbook. Thanks to Kevin Flatherty for this information. Of real interest in the faculty group picture, you will find a young Thelma Lounsberry, Robert Miner and Edward MacConnie. Also, I believe there is a photo of Marsha Vimer Heydenreich's father, along with Pam Potter's uncle. I'm sure you'll recognize some of the people in the photos.
