🏀 Boys & Girls Club Basketball Registration. 🏀

Get your K–4th grade boys and girls ready for a great season of basketball! Registration opens August 31 and closes October 2.

💰 $50 per player
🏀 Practices begin the - 2nd week of October
🏀 Games begin the 1st week of November
📅 Last games are the week of December 19

In-person registration at the Seymour Club:
📍 Wednesday, September 16 | 6:00–8:00 PM
📍 Saturday, September 19 | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

We’re excited to celebrate movement, wellness, and healthy habits at Redding Elementary all month long! September is School Fitness Month in Indiana, and we’re ready to get moving together!

👟 STUDENTS: Wear athletic wear on Tuesdays & Thursdays and make healthy choices every day! Every step counts!

📸 SHARE IT: We’d love to see our Hornets getting active! Share photos of walks, workouts, outdoor play, and other wellness moments in the comments.

🎉 Happy First Day, Redding Families! 🐝

We are SO excited to officially welcome everyone back for the 2026–2027 school year! We can't wait to see all of our amazing Redding Hornets!

To help make the first morning and afternoon run as smoothly as possible, here are a few important reminders:
📍 Morning Arrival
Doors will open at 7:45 AM for students arriving by bus or being dropped off in the car rider line.
Please remember: RIGHT TURN ONLY when exiting Redding's parking lot.
🎒 Kindergarten Families
Kindergarten families are welcome to walk their child to class on the first day of school beginning at 8:15 AM.
🏫 Front Office
The office doors will open at 8:00 AM today and will continue to open at that time throughout the school year.
🚗 After-School Plans
Please make sure you have communicated your child's dismissal plan with their teacher so everyone knows how your student will be getting home today.
🚌 Afternoon Dismissal
3:00 PM: Car rider dismissal begins.
3:10 PM: First wave of buses departs.
3:45–4:10 PM: Second wave of buses departs.
Arrival and dismissal procedures are included below for your reference. Buses will run later than normal as bus drivers are learning the routes. If you are waiting on a student, please do NOT leave your house. Call the Redding office.
