Despite being a shorter day there was ALOT more that went into field day than usual this year and it was still a SUCCESS! Thank you SO much to all the volunteers who showed up to help and make it great. We appreciate your flexibility, patience, and tolerance of the heat!

We want to give special recognition to Cara and Megan for spearheading this event again and dedicating even more hours than past years to make sure the students had the best day possible.

To Megan Altomare, whose child is moving up this year, thank you for everything you have contributed to this event. It’s been your baby for so many years and we appreciate everything you’ve done year after year to make it amazing for our kids. You will be missed and we will do our best to fill your shoes in the coming years!

Kindergarten Orientation!

It was so great meeting all of the incoming students and parents for next school year!

Thursday August 20th is the next orientation at 10:30am. At this one students will get to go on a bus ride as well. That evening at 6pm the PTA will host its annual ice cream social for students to meet their teachers and other classmates as assignments will be sent out by that week.

We can’t wait to see you all again!

Field Day is June 12th this year! LOTS of volunteers are needed to make this a successful and fun day for all. Please fill out the form below if you are interested in volunteering, even if it is for half a day, anything is appreciated. A meeting for all volunteers to go over stations and schedule will be right after June’s PTA meeting.

Only parents and guardians may volunteer for Field Day. * Please note younger siblings not yet students of CLS are unable to attend while you volunteer.
