The CoxCare Mobile will be onsite Thursday, October 29, to provide flu vaccinations to students in preschool through 12th grade.

Students must have a signed consent form to participate. Forms will be sent home this week. If you would like your student to receive a vaccination, please return the completed form to school by Thursday, October 22.
