bout things that you can not talk about to friends and family and it’s weighing you down. The kind of things that you don’t even want to talk to your partner about because you feel that no one understand. Established in 2021
I am in the business of listening to people vent, complain if you will or just talk about whatever it is that is keeping people up at night. Its all started with a simple step of venting. Many of the clients I worked with expressed how relieve they felt after the first session. It is such a stigma to ask for support so most people just keep things to themselves and suffer alone when they do not have to. Let's face it, no one wants to admit they are struggling with every day life's problem. I have great success helping people but they like to remain anonymous and I respect that. The every act of not disclosing tells me more people are struggling and do not always seek support. My service is not limited to just venting. It is a wonderful opportunity for people to figure things out and to stop thinking about thinking. Maybe you just trying to figure out what is your next steps, your next transition, and your next something. You want to feel motivate to do something, you want to make a change. But maybe you are a procrastinator, a worry wart, or just always overthinking. Ask yourself, what is a great day look like for you? Within the past 3 months, have you experience a couple of those great days? If not, what is preventing you from having at least a couple great days? What would it feel like if you are looking forward to going to work, looking forward to coming home to your family, looking forward to spending some time with friends and families? What if when you actually get to do the things you want to do, it feels wonderful and rewarding? What if most of the things in life doesn’t feel too stressful or overwhelming? There are a tons of Life Coaches out there. How do you know if this one is for you? Well let’s start with am I at least qualify to provide Life Coaching Services? Pssss! most coach bought their trainings from Groupon and non accredited sources. It makes sense to wonder if your coach is at least qualified to be a Life Coach. I am a graduate from Temple University, Rutgers University, and a post graduate from Rider University majoring in Life Coaching. All my educational back ground has been in direct care and human services. Oh I am also a Certified Counselor and has been working in the field for over 20 plus years. This is important information because finding the right coach to work with you is important. I believe a therapeutic connection is super important. To help you to make informed decision I want to offer you the information you need so you can hire the coach most suitable for your needs. So now you know I am educationally qualified, you know what I look like, only thing left is figuring out if we can work together. By the way, my business concept is simple. Often times our daily struggles prevent us from seeing things in a positive manner; zaps our ability to recognize our strengths; put self-doubt in the forth front of our existence. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Some people are skeptic about seeking support from a coach because they think we are not legit. Don’t worry, I got you. Therapists, counselors, rehabilitation specialists, and coaches support people to tackle many of life issues. The difference is our approaches. We received our knowledge from the same mountain. Here is the thing, I am cross trained in all 4 disciplines. Let take an issue like internal conflict so many ways to address the issues. But it all comes down to working with a person who can help you align what you willing to do to support yourself.
