We have an important announcement to share with you all. We shared this last night at class, but wanted to share here to get the word out. 🤍

"We've been reflecting on the season of life that both of our families are in. It hasn't been easy, but we have made the decision to step away from leading Arise with REFIT®. Every beautiful thing has a time and a season, and this season for Arise with REFIT is coming to a bittersweet close.

We are filled with so much gratitude for the beautiful community that has been built here through years of dancing, encouraging, and praying for one another. The way you all show up week after week to move your bodies and invest in each other is an incredible blessing.

Thank you for how deeply you've cared for us and for one another—whether praying together, writing encouraging notes, sharing highs and lows or showing up with meals/giving support in times of need. This class has been a time every week to remind our hearts of truth, a reprieve from the demands of motherhood, a place where deep friendship has grown and a space where prayer and praise has been lifted.

This hasn't been a decision that we made lightly. We've been praying over this and feel peace from the Lord to step away, but know that our hearts are grieving. This doesn't mean that it's the end of the relationships built here or encouraging/praying for one another.

We want to let you know that October 20th will be our last class. We will have 3 more nights to dance the night away and enjoy being together. We're here for you and we love you always."
