You are allowed to "put it down"...and "pick up" the truth about your body. Pick up the truth that you are an image bearer of the Creator, God. Pick up the truth that God made you fearfully and wonderfully with great care and intention. Pick up the truth that your body is a good body because God made it. Put down the world's standard and embrace God's truth. 🤍

Hey everybody!
So excited to dance with you all tonight! 🥳

We know that there is a heat advisory today, so we are taking that into consideration for this evening. The plan is to try it outside and have the Fellowship Hall ready if it is too hot for us to dance out there.

We are going to have a water break mid playlist and encourage everyone to take breaks throughout the workout if you're feeling too hot. We'll have a hose with mist going and a huge fan as well.

Either way, we will have class tonight and we look forward to dancing with you all!

Wear your red white and blue and your dancing shoes! ❤️🤍💙
