5th Ave. Fitness Is Not Going Anywhere! You may have heard that I, Marvin Tapsfield, is in the process of selling the business. This is true, but 5th Ave. Fitness will continue to provide the service that has been offered for the past 9 years! The potential new buyers have been screened thoroughly by me to meet the standards and visions that I have had. However, they will be bringing in new ideas and take the gym beyond what I have established. The new owners have had their family in Seward for many years, and most of you will know them!

I ask that you continue your support of 5th Ave. Fitness and to keep us afloat during this likely transition. 5th Ave. Fitness has been called the finest small gym by visitors who have frequented our facility. They are surprised that a town our size could have a gym so complete with equipment! We do have all equipment you need, and more, to get you in the best shape of your life!!

Take advantage NOW of the low prices offered, especially on our 6 month and year single and double memberships! These prices are hard to beat.
