We would like to welcome Mrs. Caroline Newman as our new 1st grade teacher! Mrs. Newman is no stranger to TLCA, and we are so delighted to welcome her to the TLCA Family!
She comes to us with vast education and experience. She is currently an Education major at ETSU and has background already in early childhood education, special populations support, and classroom supervision. Her heart is to provide safe, structured, and supportive learning environments for her students. She has also worked at a local high school assisting students with physical and mental disabilities across a wide range.
Her certifications and skills include:
CPR Certified
Bilingual - fluent in Spanish
Classroom Management
Early Childhood Development
Special Education Support
Communication and Leadership
Adaptability and Professionalism
