Come and Frolic with us this weekend! Frolic the Fox will be making an appearance at Maryland Avenue Fall Festival Sunday 10/18 starting at 10am. At 11am she will be leading a Wondertime Storytime at Hammond-Harwood House's gardens.

As we meet in mid-October, what intentions are you setting for this season?

The leaves are changing, the air is shifting, and so are we. There is something so beautiful about this time of year—a gentle reminder that growth often asks us to release, to soften, and to make space for what’s next.

Just as the trees let go, we can too. Let’s embrace the beauty of change, honor where we are, and welcome where we’re going with open hearts.

Hi, I’m Tricia! I’m one of the people behind some of the social media posts here at Togetherly. I am very happy to be on Team Togetherly and really love having this community!
With the October Yoga Barn challenge about to begin, I wanted to share something personal. Before I walked into my first Yoga Barn class, I had a lot of questions. Would I feel judged? Could I actually do the poses? Would I even be able to do yoga at all?
I jumped into it the way I do most things in my life: I just went for it.
I know there may be others getting ready to take that first step who have some of the same questions and worries I did. So, I hope hearing some of my questions—and Kathryn’s answers—can help.
I went into a month-long yoga challenge in a much bigger body than many of the people around me, and I want to share what that experience was really like.
If you’ve been wondering, “Can I do this?” or “Will I fit in?”—I hope this helps you feel a little more comfortable taking that first step. Let us know in the comments if you have some questions, if you want more of these post or anything you would like to share. I hope to see you all at the Yoga Barn!

Finish out September Strong & Steady. We would love to see you at any of Kathryn's classes for the rest of the month! We are offering a plan for $30 for the rest of the month to come to as many of Kathryn's classes at Yoga Barn as you would like.

Kathryn will be teaching Wednesdays 5:30pm, Thursdays 6:15pm, and Saturdays 7:00am for the rest of the month.
