We are so grateful for all of the amazing teachers at Benfield! Last week, we celebrated Teacher Appreciation Week. Events included:

Monday- lunch by Vivi's Mac and Cheese
Tuesday- books from Salty Girls book truck
Wednesday- breakfast by Uber Bagels
Thursday- Vagrant Coffee Cart
Friday- Benfield Blue sunglasses and a treat from FroYo House

Nate Richards, Kristyn Krohe, Nickie De Leon, Karen Saft, Janelle Williams, Emily Clark, Allie Morris, Carrie Yuan, Jen Brown, and Kayla Smith won gift cards.

On May 6th we celebrated our incredible Benfield Nurse Victoria Guenther and Health Assistant Milly Vargas for National School Nurse Day! Our Healthroom staff do so much more than care for students’ health, they help keep our school community running smoothly each and every day. Last call for the 5th grade holiday wreath fundraiser! Friday, December 5th is the last day to order to ensure pre-holiday delivery.

We hope that you’ll consider buying a wreath or centerpiece for the upcoming holiday season. The 5th Grade Class Committee will receive 15% of all items sold. We will be using the money raised to help cover the cost for all the fun things coming up for our 5th graders graduation activities. Not only are these wreaths beautiful, they smell amazing and make great gifts! Thank you for supporting our 5th graders for this special year at Benfield!
