This is what Christmas break looks like for some of our staff! A huge THANK YOU to Ms. Tiffany, Ms. Lyn, Ms. Holly, Ms. Clara & Mrs. Miranda for working hard and helping me during our winter “break” to get everything clean, sanitized, organized, and germ free to start the new year! Tomorrow everything gets put back in place in the last 2 classrooms! Our favorite little people return on Monday!
Happy New Year! Cant wait to see what God has planned for 2026 at GPCDC!

Graduation Day at GPCDC. They Leveled Up to Kindergarten! What a blessing it is to lead and teach these amazing boys and girls. Our prayer is that they grow to love Jesus more deeply, love others unconditionally and share the love of Jesus freely! Go change the world my little friends and shine His light in Kindergarten and the world!

Shep and Trixie keep adding to the CHRISTmas decor

Shep and Trixie are back! They flew in yesterday in their hot air balloon. They set up our little manger tree and manger scene in the entryway. But, wait… Jesus isn’t in the manger scene?!?! Nope, that’s because we are waiting for His arrival!
And as we wait, over the next few weeks, we will learn how God chose Mary to be Jesus’ mom. We will learn about how Mary and Joseph waited with joyful anticipation for the arrival of the Messiah. We will learn how the angels told the shepherds about the birth, and how they journeyed to find the Hope of the world. We will learn why Mary and Joseph went to Bethlehem and why the town was too full and there was no place for the birth of the Savior of the world. We will learn about why Jesus came as a lowly baby. We will learn that the Wisemen came from afar with gifts for the King of kings. We will learn that God sent His Son, Jesus, because of His great love for us! We will celebrate the birthday of Jesus, the Light of the world. And we will learn how to share His light in a world that needs to know the Good news of great joy… our Hope - Jesus!
This morning we came into a Christmas tree in the classroom that Shep and Trixie started to decorate but left the rest for us to do today!
This little fun tradition at GPCDC is another way we can focus on finding CHRIST in CHRISTmas and add a little extra excitement and anticipation to our mornings as we count down the days till Jesus’ birthday!

We had almost 90 family and friends join us for our Annual GPCDC Thanksgiving Lunch yesterday! What a blessing it was to have everyone together. The fellowship was sweet, the food was delicious, and our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for this community… our CDC family! Thank you to all of the parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings and friends who took time out of your day to join us!
