Parents are invited to arrive after 6 pm. The School Store and information tables in the cafeteria will be open prior to 1st period and during the lunch periods. The first period will begin promptly at 6:30 pm. If you arrive after 6:45 please visit the main office to obtain your student’s schedule.

All parents/guardians must be VIRTUS certified in order to volunteer at any Spalding events or activities. Your VIRTUS account will be good for 5 years. The AOB requires a background check, 3 references, and a short training video. You will need to complete these requirements (2) weeks prior to the event or activity date in order for all paperwork to be processed in time.

📣📣📣The Spalding Parents Association (PA) is looking for a Vice President and Treasurer for our executive board for the upcoming 2024/25 academic year. The positions are for a one year term, subject to reelection the following year. The qualifications for office are that you must be a parent of a child enrolled at Spalding during the 2024/25 academic year and have already been an active participant in events at Spalding. Nominations need to be submitted by email by Monday, August 19th, 2024.

If you have been an active participant at Spalding and are interested, please email your name, the position you are interested in, and contact information to both of the following emails: [email protected] and [email protected] by 5 pm August 19th, 2024.

The Parents Association is hosting the Used Uniform and Textbook Sale this Saturday, June 22nd, 8am - 10:30am in the Main Gym. CASH ONLY and ALL SALES ARE FINAL! It's encouraged to Bring Your Own Bag(BYOB)

The Cavalier Shop will also be open for additional supplies and apparel needs!

If you would like to sell items at the sale, please sign up (https://m.signupgenius.com/ #!/showSignUp/30E0C4AA4AE28A31-49875777-2024) for seller number and to receive detailed instructions for preparing the merchandise. Items will only be collected on Friday, June 21st from 4pm - 7pm in the main gym. Donated items can be dropped off at this time as well.

Used Uniform/Textbook Sale 2024

The Parents Association will host a Used Uniform and Textbook Sale on Saturday, June 22, 8am - 10:30am in the MAIN GYM. CASH ONLY ACCEPTED, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you would like to sell items at the sale, please CLICK HERE for a seller number and to receive detailed instructions for preparing the merchandise. Items will only be collected on Friday, June 21st, between 4pm - 7pm in the main gym. Donated items can be dropped off at this time time as well.

CLASS OF 2024: For those that dropped of uniforms on May 22nd, if you have textbooks you wish to sell, they will be collected on June 21st. Please use the same seller number that was used for your uniforms.

Thanks to everyone for a great turnout at our meeting last night. We’re excited and energized to have such a wonderful group of 2028 parents who joined us as well.

We wanted to thank our outgoing Vice President, Celena Flowers, and Secretary, Tiffany Allen-Holmes for their service to the board this year.
