Seven Lakes Health and Fitness Center Full gym and pool located in 7 Lakes , Moore County, NC. Includes: Hoist machine system, free weights, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna & classes.

Cardio Fusion M,W 8-9am: A low impact aerobic with sculpting using weights, stability balls, step, tubing, yoga, and pilates to strive for functional fitness. Stretch and Strengthening F 8-9am: yoga

Water Exercise M,W,F 9-10am: A moderate to aggressive cardio class using noodles and dumbbells for strength.

In the past two weeks, the Seven Lakes Karate Club conducted evaluations of our children’s class. The following passed their exams and have been promoted to their newest ranks:

Landon; 6th Kyu; Green Belt
Sawyer; 6th Kyu; Green Belt
Nolan; 7th Kyu; Blue Belt
Taylor; 8th Kyu; Orange Belt
Tripp; 8th Kyu; Orange Belt
Rhett; 9th Kyu: Yellow Belt

All of them have worked hard on their technique, footwork, focus, and karate history. They improved on a steady basis and were dedicated through the entire semester. I am extremely proud of these students and look forward to working with them on their sparring and Kobudo training.
