This summer, the Sergeant Bluff Pre-K students had many visitors read to them. They had SO much fun putting their detective skills to the test and guessing who would be the next mystery reader!

Reading is a great way to learn new words, spark imagination and build important communication & literacy skills. Our mystery readers also helped make reading FUN!

The ideal candidate is dependable, loving, patient, creative and excited about teaching our young children. As the Preschool Initiative teacher, you will:
* Lead a group of children through the school year to prepare them for kindergarten
* You will prepare and fulfill lesson plans according to Creative Curriculum
* You will plan and attend educational field trips for the class
* You will conduct assessments & evaluations on each child
* You will communicate regularly with teacher assistants, parents and staff, to ensure there is a cohesive team for each child's education.

Requirements:
* BA degree in Early Childhood Education or
* BS in Elementary Education (K-3 or K-6) with endorsement in EC or willing to obtain
* Experience with CC & GOLD preferred
* Team Player
