Speaker Biographies

Michele Mallari Adkisson, Branch Manager, Evergreen Home Loans. Michele has been teaching home buyer education classes on the Peninsula for 10 years, and she's been in the home lending business for 15 years. She is dedicated to helping buyers understand what it takes to purchase a home, presenting an array of loan options available to the buyer (including USDA direct, Self-Hel

p, Habitat for Humanity and 184), and providing information on how vital it is to their family and community. Andrea has been an owner of Professional Real Estate for 17 years. She enjoys providing useful information to buyers, which is why she believes in teaching for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. Her one goal is to empower her buyers through education to achieve home ownership. Terry Smith has been licensed in Washington since 2001. She was previously licensed in Illinois for 5 years and currently working at RE/MAX FIRST INC. in Port Townsend. She was voted Realtor of the Year in 2009, 2011 & 2012, named a Five Star Professional Award Winner by Seattle Magazine 2014 & 2015
Served as Vice-President in 2007, and served as President of the Jefferson County Association of Realtors in 2008 & 2011. Terry is currently co-chair of the Community and Government Affairs Committee for Jefferson County, she previously served on the Finance Committee for Jefferson County Association of Realtors, has served on the Board of Directors for the Jefferson County Association of Realtors for 10 years, and served as a State Director for Washington Realtors. Currently, she's serving on the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Professionals for Affordable Housing (REPAH). Terry earned the following designations:
