Our meat birds are raised the old fashion way. Every morning the first thing we do is move the coop to fresh pasture, replenish the waters with fresh well water, fill the feeders with Fresh milled Organic grains. This way of agriculture does take more work and more care but we feel like the results are well worth it: healthier birds, healthier soil, healthier planet and the cleanest most nutritious and delicious food we can possibly eat! Like our good friend Will Harris would say this kind of agriculture is Radically Traditional. We are winding back the clock and getting back to our roots, living off of and caring for the land. This Pasture Raised, slow grown chicken is available at our on farm Trading Post which is open every Saturday from 9-12. Hope to see you there!
