Good morning parents!

Hopefully players took their cleats to driers or other air sources over night to dry everything out. If not, there is still today.

Right now, things are instructional and clunky for the players. With repetition that will become instinctual and regardless of mistake when we coaches see glimpses of that, we like what we see.

Practice is from 5:30 - 8:00 tonight and tomorrow night, with tomorrow night shortened at the end.

Have players study the playbook and to come asking questions. See you tonight!

Thank you all for a great evening last night!

Please remember helmet, practice jersey (over a t-shirt), shorts, mouthguard and cleats.

Get a sense for the passing tree, blocking schemes for the dive series as well as holes, spacing and formations.

Bluegolds, on behalf of Mr. Bunders, I am sending out a reminder to all W-S students in grades 6-11 about getting signed up for summer fitness. I wanted to share this with you as well so you could encourage your athletes to attend. Thank you.

Coach Joy will speak to the work that will happen in Seneca!

Summer Fitness is offered to W-S students entering grades 7th-12th. This class will be designed to give students the opportunity to utilize the weight room and fitness center while learning the proper form and mechanics of different exercises. It will include physical activities that will enhance your overall fitness and increase your athletic performance. It is also a great time to come in and utilize the gym space if after your workout you want to work on specific sport related skills(hitting a volleyball, shooting baskets, playing catch, etc.).

DATES: Every Monday - Thursday: June 1 - August 13
