Baltimore on the Prairie is opening a new chapter this September as a "Gathering", or in other words, a hand applique retreat and in a new location. It will be held at the Fairfield Hotel in Leavenworth, KS, Sept 16-19, 2026. Come for 2 days or 4 days and relax with your applique among other applique enthusiasts. Baltimore on the Prairie continues its tradition of hand applique in a retreat style format in a new location. Leavenworth, KS and the Fairfield Hotel will be the new home of BOTP.

I seem to be having issues with the Baltimore on the Prairie page so will put out the information here!

Registration is now open for the 16th Baltimore on the Prairie held in the lovely, wooded, relaxing Lied Lodge and Convention Center in Nebraska City, NE. Dates are Sept 3-6, 2025 with 5 outstanding teachers and 2 sessions. Session A: Sept 3-4, 2025 and Session B: Sept 5-6, 2025.

If you have ever said "I need to go to BOTP sometime", now would be the time! The 17th conference in 2025 will be the last one as a full conference with teachers. However, BOTP won't be going anywhere this quickly! We will be evolving to "Baltimore on the Prairie - a hand applique gathering". This will be a new-concept type of retreat in a hotel setting that will still offer the same relaxing, friendly, fun, sharing atmosphere that BOTP is know for. Details are still in the works but it is hoped that dates and the location will be announced before the end of this year. So, stay tuned!
