It is with broken hearts that we share the news that our sweet Payce has been called home to be with the Lord. In times like these, words fall short, but one thing we know for sure Payce was a rare and beautiful soul, unlike any other.
Only Payce could unite a community like she did. Only Payce could bring together a competitive volleyball world in the way she did. And only Payce could look so serene and peaceful in the hospital while facing her battle. In her 12 short years, she impacted more than some do in a long lifetime. We love you, Payce, and we will miss you deeply.
Thank you to all who prayed for Payce. She is healed, as we were all praying for, although God's plan for her healing was different from what we had maybe selfishly hoped for. We ask that you continue to keep her family and our 864 Elite family in your thoughts and prayers in the days and weeks to come.
