I help people achieve their dreams by personally coaching them in health and fitness. I lead a beginners online group helping clients change unhealthy behaviors to more healthy behaviors through positive thinking and daily motivation and tools. I also participate in several other accountability groups to keep myself accountable and constantly learning how to help others become the best version of

themselves. As a LIVE instructor, I teach an easy country line dance themed exercise class for beginners-advanced called Country Heat. I am also licensed to teach CIZE (hiphop dance) and Core de Force (MMA style) group fitness. I teach group fitness locally here in Seneca Falls, NY., the birthplace of the Women's Rights movement in the United States.

It’s full of singing, dancing, and the Mel Brooks comedy that you expect and love!

I’m so proud of this crew pulling it all together to bring our community some of the best performances this weekend.

Don’t miss this one. This group of cast and crew are pretty phenomenal.
