We had Ahayah’s Praise in the Ranger Records Studio this past Friday, recording several original songs along with one cover. We’ll be releasing a track from the session in September, and we think you’ll agree—this group can flat-out sing!

The Ranger Rock Band had the privilege of being part of the part of the Northwest Mississippi Community College presentation for the Mississippi Association of Community College Trustee’s annual conference. This year‘s conference was held at the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi Mississippi. This was such a fantastic way for our students to cap off the freshman year for this new ensemble.

Dr. Frans brings an impressive background as a music educator and percussionist, most recently serving at Mississippi Gulf Coast and Jones Community Colleges. We are thrilled to welcome his expertise, energy, and passion for student success to Northwest.
