The Scholastic Book Fair opens on Monday, August 31 and we are so excited! Here are a few things you can do to prepare to shop the fair next week:
1. Use this link to visit our online catalog--your student can make a wish list or order straight from the website! https://shop.scholastic.com/parent-ecommerce/parent-store-2.html?fairId=6194755
2. Set up your child's ewallet! We do accept cash, but this method allows your student to shop cash free with their balance. https://account.scholastic.com/my-scholastic/profile/ewallet.html?fairID=6194755&sUCN=600031025

Students will have a shopping time every day Monday-Friday. There will also be a chance to shop during our Open House on Tuesday, September 1.

Fifth Graders are exploring science in action! 🎈🧪
Our students had a blast exploring solids, liquids, gases, and physical and chemical changes through our baking soda and vinegar balloon experiment! They made predictions, observed the reaction, and watched as a chemical change produced a gas that filled their balloons.

Hands-on science makes learning stick! 💙

Fun times in Fourth Grade!

Ms. Diaz’s class got to know each other with a math “find someone who” game. They also accepted the challenge to work as teams to “save Fred” along with Mrs. Barbour’s crew. There has been so much active and engaging learning this week- we love it! 👩🏼‍🔬💚➕

A HUGE thank you to Jack Williams for his incredibly generous donation to our school! 💙🦅

Because of his generosity, our gym now has a brand-new audio system and screen, giving our students even more opportunities to learn, play, and have fun together!

Today, our students got to put the new screen to good use with a little Just Dance! They are already loving it!

We are so grateful for community partners like Jack who invest in our students and help make special experiences like this possible. Thank you, Jack Williams, for supporting our Eagles! 🦅💙
