To the Best Class EVER!!! There is an urgent cry for help and I wanted to reach out to our amazing class to see how we might be able to help. RCS was robbed this week and has left a deficit in their thriftstore just before the Father's day shopping. See the words from their CEO Caitlin Joy:
Yes, unfortunately the RCS Thrift Store was burglarized over the weekend and we did loose a number of valuable items. As you all know, the proceeds from the store are used to help fund RCS's other programs providing food, safety and shelter. Fortunately, no one was hurt and the thieves did not make a big mess or cause a lot of destruction. We have been working with the amazing members of the Largo Police Department and our wonderful insurance brokers at Solace to get everything back to normal, though understandably, that will take some time. Donations of volunteer hours, clothing, food, household items and cash are always welcome and deeply appreciated. If you are interested in making a donation in any way, please feel free to contact me and I'd be happy to get that setup for you. Thank you all so much for your ongoing support for RCS! See you soon BCE.
Best, Caitlin
Anything you can do will help. Thank you all for taking the time to even consider this opportunity. Class of 2011 - We still Rock!!
