Seminole Nation Diabetes Program "Special Diabetes Program for Indians"

The SDPI is a diabetes education and prevention program for Citizenship of Degree of Indian Blood cardholders or Tribal membership cardholders living in Seminole or Hughes County diagnosed with Type I or Type II Diabetes, and Pre-diabetes or those seeking further education.

🚨We have extended our sign up deadline to OCTOBER 16 & now open to the PUBLIC!! 🚨

This is a fitness challenge to help push and motivate you to gear towards a healthier lifestyle.
By exercising, healthier eating, and positive lifestyle changes are ways that could help you be successful in this challenge.

The individual to lose the most body fat % between now and December 11th wins the prize money. 🤑
There will be one male and one female winner. You must be 18+ and enrolled in a federally recognized tribe to participate.
Register and pay @ the Cvfekne Wellness Center as well as completing your InBody Fitness assessment.

Individuals completing the mid point weigh in are eligible to receive a gift card! 💳💸
