Seminole HS welcomes all of our Freshman, Sophomores, Juniors and Senior Warhawks to the 2024-2025 Kick Off Event!

This fun filled event will allow your child to become connected with the Seminole community and get excited about the upcoming school year. Activities will include, but not be limited to, VR activities, Drone demonstrations, Live DJ on campus, Pep Rally and more!

Each day will run from 8:30am - 12:00pm
Freshman Kick-Off - Tuesday, July 30th
Sophomore Kick-Off - Wednesday, July 31st
Junior/Senior Kick-Off - Thursday, August 1st

Hello Seminole High Families,
As a proud member of the Seminole High School community, I am writing to you today to extend an invitation to consider joining the Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) Board. Our board is currently seeking individuals who are dedicated to the betterment of SHS to fill the positions of President, Vice President of Membership, Reflections Chair, and Spirit Wear Coordinator.

PTSA supports students and staff throughout the year in many ways. By actively participating in the PTSA, you have the opportunity to contribute to important decisions that impact the educational experience of our students and the overall success of SHS.

This is not a huge time commitment. It is only about 30 minutes each month for Board and General Meetings mostly done through TEAMS. I, as the leaving President, will provide you with needed agendas, paperwork, and guidance for any position you choose. We really need your help.

If you are interested in learning more about the available positions or would like to discuss how you can get involved, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. We would be more than happy to provide you with additional information and answer any questions you may have.

We will have board elections on May 28th. Thank you for considering this opportunity to serve our school community. We look forward to the possibility of working together to make a positive impact at Seminole High School.

WE HAVE A WINNER 🎉 Gerard Madrinan, band director at Seminole High School, is our 2024 Teacher of the Year! "Being a classroom teacher means having the opportunity to change students' lives for the better," he told the Pinellas Education Foundation.

Gerard will go on to represent Pinellas County Schools for Florida Teacher of the Year. Congratulations to all the fantastic educators recognized at tonight's Evening of Excellence!
